1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StudioPro ("the Service") at studiopro.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StudioPro is an AI-powered video generation platform that helps creators produce anime-style videos from written stories. The Service includes story generation, video production, voice narration, and automated publishing.

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

• Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Refunds are only issued for technical failures directly caused by our platform (e.g. a job that fails and credits are not returned).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or harassing.
• Impersonates real people without consent.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is used to spread misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the story content you input. You own the videos generated from your content, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. StudioPro retains all rights to the platform, software, and brand.

7. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Video generation may be delayed during high demand. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.
